My experience has been built over more than twenty years working directly with receivables functions, in environments where control over billing and collection mechanisms was critical to financial stability.

I have supported organisations of all sizes facing payment delays, complex disputes and structuring initiatives, including e-invoicing, Order-to-Cash outsourcing and ERP implementations that resulted in major operational disruptions.

As a functional expert and interim manager, I frequently intervene in post go-live phases, when gaps emerge between theoretical processes and operational reality. These assignments have a direct impact on data quality, operational consistency, and the security of cash inflows.
